Processing & Shipping

Order Processing & Packaging.

Please allow 1-3 working days for all orders to be processed. Working days do not include evenings, weekends,3 or Bank Holidays.

During busy times, such as Christmas, this may extend to 5 working days.9


Shipping

Shipping is by tracked services as this provides proof of delivery.

Collection

Items can be sent to our premises for you to collect during usual opening hours but please be aware that postage costs still apply as some items are sent direct from our warehouse. Please wait for confirmation from us that your order5.. has arrived before arranging  to collect.

Missing Orders

If an order/parcel is missing or delayed in posting, we must wait the 10 working days for delivery, after this the order can be resent/refunded.

We are unable to resend/refund BEFORE the 10 working days have passed.

We must be notified of any missing orders within 14 days of the order being dispatched.  We cannot guarantee tracking information being available after this time, and will not be held responsible for any missing orders NOT reported within this timescale.

Missing/Damaged Items


Any missing/damaged items MUST be reported within 48hrs of delivery. We will be unable to assist you if any missing items are reported outside of this timescale.

In the unlikely event an item is missing from your order, we will endeavour to resend the items. If this is not possible a partial refund will be processed for the value of the missing item.
